Assembly
- Post delivery, we will contact you for installation by our team within 24-48 hours of delivery.
- The Sleep Company will not be responsible for any damage incurred during self-assembly of the product.
- Warranty & Returns: The Sleep Company Elev8 bed has limited warranty of 5 years with 5 years warranty on the bed base, 2 years warranty on the motors, and 1 year warranty on the remote. In no instance will this warranty cover any damage attributable to misuse or to normal wear and tear or to excessive weight placed upon the product.
- For the first year, repairs and replacements are covered by The Sleep Company. Post that, the customer can contact The Sleep Company for repair and replacement of parts, and the customer is responsible for the service and transportation costs.
- Place the bed on a flat surface.
- The weight should be evenly distributed across the bed base during the operation of the bed base. Sitting or standing on the bed or placing excessive weight on the bed would void the warranty, and The Sleep Company would not be liable for any damage caused.
- Always unplug the bed before cleaning or servicing.
- In case of spillage of any liquid, move to a dry area on the floor and unplug the bed immediately.
- Clean the surface of the bed with a dry or damp soft cloth after unplugging.
- We will contact you post-delivery to set up an installation team visit for bed assembly. In case the customer would like to set up the Elev8 bed by themselves, instructions are below.
- Bed Base Installation Guide:
- Unfold the base to full extension.
- Position the middle leg fastener to prevent the base from folding while in motion. Attach the middle legs and four corner legs.
- Flip the base over.
- Attach the mattress stopper and connect to the adaptor.
- Please make sure that all support arms are in the right place.
- Bed Frame Installation Guide:
- Assemble the headboard & footboard and attach the side panels to assemble the bed frame.
- Attach the cushions to the bed frame.
- Place the assembled bed base inside the bed frame.
